I tried to post this a couple of months ago, however Jake deleted it because he said it was too soon to say anything. Although many of you have already heard, today was the national match and Jake has officially matched into the orthopedic surgery residency program at Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center. We are very proud of Jakes hard work and dedication, even despite much affliction with little Luke, he continued to perservere. I'm glad Jake was the one in medical school and not me because I for sure would have dropped out!!
I can't believe our days in Las Vegas are coming to end, the time has really flown by. We are really going to miss the friends we have made and will especially miss the beautiful Las Vegas weather. I am also going to miss living just a drive away from family and friends in Utah and Arizona. Hopefully they will all come visit us in Michigan!!!!

I will miss you guys being so close also but, We have Cell phones, blogs, and email. We will always stay close.

CONGRATS! That is so exciting! Good job jake! Isnt it so great to finally know where the next stage of life is going to take us. It will be really sad to leave though! These last four years have been a lot of fun!

That is awesome!!!! We really loved Michigan. Different parts, but still. It is a great place. When we get there we will have to get together some time. Isn't is so wonderful to be so close to being done? But I do miss those days. Crazy huh? :) Way to go!!!
